What types of services do you offer?
In home and outdoor personal training, private yoga, and home gym design.
How long are the sessions?
We train until we are complete. We plan our training to last one hour. Some clients require more or less time depending on their training goals.
What can I expect in a typical training experience?
Typicall training ranges from 50 to 90 minutes. Time generally breaks down like this, 5 or 10 minutes daily assessment and set up, 10-12 minutes of a functional movement warm up, 20 -30 minutes conducting the main training protocol, 20 – 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes of core training, 10 minutes for stretching and cool down.

2. Although it is not required we encourage our clients to be actively involved in designing their own fitness program. We have found that this is one of the most important aspects of creating a lifestyle change.
3. We provide many opportunities for people to participate in fun life experiences such as skydiving, paragliding, rock climbing.
What are your qualifications?
Mike has received a BS in biology education. He is certified as a personal trainer through NASM, and ISSA. He is also certified as a flexibility specialist through NCEP.
Holly is an advanced Ashtanga yoga instructor with 4 years experience teaching at places such as: BYU, UVSC, Its Yoga Studios, Novel, and Neways.
What will take place during my initial consultation?
In a very low stress environment we will ask you questions about your health, exercise background, and what you are looking to achieve with your workouts. Then together we design a plan for you to achieve your goals. You have the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about us, training, or the program.
What will take place during my first workout session?
We do our initial assessments and testing. The rest of the session will be about learning proper techniques to build on for the rest of our training program.
Once I lose weight or get in shape, how do I maintain it?
You maintain your weight loss and increased fitness level by following a modified version of the diet and exercise that led you to your desired weight, which is typically less stringent than your training program was during the weight loss phase.
Can we meet at my commercial gym such as Golds or 24hr Fitness?
It depends on your gym's policy. We always work completely independently from any other organizations so that our advice is never influenced by corporate. Many gyms will not allow us to work in this way in their facility for insurance reasons. If you happen to belong to a gym that allows independent trainers, we will be more then happy to work with you their.
Why hire an in-home personal trainer?
People higher in-home personal trainers for one or more of the following reasons:
*They aren’t comfortable exercising in front of others.
*They find the gym equipment complicated and intimidating.
*They get bored of the gym atmosphere and want something different.
*Accountability
Will I be required to exercise on my own as well?
Yes, unless you choose to meet 5 days per week. You will have a structured training program for every day of the week. You will be fully prepared for any workout you do on your own, this may be as simple as power walking for 30 – 40 minutes.
