Our Training Philosophy

In order to facilitate a smooth lifestyle change we incorporating a wide range of fitness activities and life experiences into our coaching programs. When we do this fitness becomes fun, effective, and part of your every day experience. The list below provides you with an insight into our training philosophy.

Weight training:  Weight training is generally the core of most fitness programs. For The Semanoffs it is a tool used to raise the bodies’ metabolism, increase muscular and skeletal strength, correct muscular imbalances, and increase your ability to experience every aspect of life.

Nutrition:  Nutrition accounts for 70 – 80% of results realized within a training program. Nutrition must be in alignment with what Mother Nature has intended for our bodies.  If we expect our bodies to perform its maximum potential we must feed it the best nutrition available.  Mother Nature’s nutrition plan has been developed through thousands of years of trial and error and is now perfect. The Semanoffs teach proper nutritional practices by assisting our clients in finding the best food options throughout the grocery store as well as some food preparation.  The Semanoffs are currently developing a full grocery shopping option for you.

Outdoors cardiovascular training: Cardiovascular training in general is essential for overall health, weight loss, and circulation. Cardiovascular training is a key component in your bodies’ ability to carry and sustain you through your experiences with The Semanoffs.  In addition, outdoor activities such as swimming, biking, running, and hiking keep training fun and functional.  The simple act of being outdoors revitalizes the soul and energizes the mind. 

Life experiences: Life experiences give our clients the opportunity to expand their horizons and experience life in a different light. Life experiences build self-confidence, raises excitement for life, rejuvenates the human spirit, and provides the opportunity to truly express yourself.
