We have seen people we care about make miraculous changes to their body, surpass their goals and still leave unfulfilled. The problem is, they are still living the same lifestyle that they had in the past, and its that lifestyle that was still dragging them down. We have come to find that fat, pain, slow metabolism, depression, and suffering relationships are all symptoms of the larger underlying problem, which is a dysfunctional lifestyle.
Living in Utah we can incorporate a wide range of fitness activities and life experiences to facilitate a true lifestyle change. When we do this we find people have fun while realizing their fitness goals, gain new insights on life, and lead more fulfilling, productive lives. |
