I have been teaching Ashtanga Yoga in Utah for over 4 years. I have had the pleasure of teaching in places such as BYU, UVSC, It’s Yoga Studios, Novel and several homes across the valley. I bring a high level of respect, compassion and professionalism to every home I am invited to enter. I create an atmosphere in which you learn to empower yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. I especially enjoy bringing yoga in home because you practice in a safe and familiar environment which enables you to explore, experience, and master the techniques of conscious breathing & synchronized movement without judgment.
What is Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a 5,000 year old discipline offering physical and mental fitness to all who participate. Ashtanga Yoga is A dynamic series of postures that flow one into another, providing a high energy workout whose therapeutic effects align and purify the body. By synchronizing these movements with the breath, your practice becomes dynamic and aerobic, arousing the fire within which cleanses and strengths the body. Ashtanga yoga's most favorable aspect is its capacity to de-stress and reshape the body, counteracting the aging process through the elimination of toxins. Yoga serves as a path to health, flexibility, strength, and balance.
