Mike Semanoff BS, NASM cpt

Fitness has always played a huge role in Mike Semanoffs life. He was introduced to training while playing fullback for the Ricks College football program.  He put this experience to work as he led his 4 man Recon team by example during his service with the 82nd Airborne Division. Upon returning to college he accepted a position on the UVSC track team as a sprinter and a thrower. He enjoyed the experience of running anchor for the 4x100m relay team at the NJCAA National Championships.
Recently Mike has competed and won many bodybuilding titles, and is the 2006 Northwest Natural Bodybuilding Champion. He has performed at Universal Studios Hollywood, the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and has been featured in Ironman Magazine several times over the past 2 years.  Currently he is writing articles for a wide variety of sporting venues.
Using his accumulated expertise in fitness, nutrition and adventure, Mike has entered the world of professional personal training to share his love of life and fitness with everyone he works with.  He believes that results, relationships, and a fun training environment have been the key to his success, and is looking forward to bringing this into your training experience.
